Welcome to Digioptimized. By accessing our website, booking our strategy calls, or contracting our performance marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Offered

Digioptimized operates as a digital performance marketing partner, providing:

• Meta Ads Management (campaign construction, copywriting, targeting setup, and management on Facebook and Instagram).
• Conversion-Focused Landing Pages (hosting, design layout, mobile coding, and pixel configuration).
• Google Business Profile Management (maps SEO adjustments and listing rank optimization).

Specific campaign deliverables, pricing scopes, and service agreement timelines are detailed separately in individual project contract sheets signed by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal campaign telemetry and launch speeds, clients agree to:

• Provide necessary, secure access to Meta Business Manager, advertising accounts, and Google Business Profile portals.
• Furnish accurate business assets, including high-resolution logo files, menu/service lists, images, or branding materials.
• Pay Meta advertising platform invoice spends directly to Meta. Digioptimized does not fund ad network spends on behalf of clients.

3. Payment Terms and Service Contracts

All service management fee payments must be settled according to terms specified on the project invoice. Failure to settle invoices within the agreed timeframe may lead to a temporary pause in campaign management services. All invoice amounts are non-refundable once campaign construction has commenced.

4. Campaign Performance Disclaimer

While we apply optimization algorithms and local Tamil Nadu target parameters to reduce Cost Per Enquiry (CPL) and maximize conversion rates, client-specific lead closures and walk-ins depend heavily on local store customer service, pricing terms, and market variables. Digioptimized cannot guarantee a fixed number of sales or walk-ins.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digioptimized is not liable for campaign halts, account reviews, or temporary page closures initiated by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google compliance algorithms. We operate strictly in compliance with ad network guidelines but do not control platform rules.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the marketing management agreement by providing 14 days' written notice. Upon termination and full settlement of invoices, clients retain complete ownership of all ad creatives, tracking data, and hosted landing page configurations created during the management window.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
